COMPLETE INTRODUCTION FORM
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION, PROPERTY OWNERSHIP VERIFICATION, KLM GOOGLE EARTH MAP FILE & LETTER OF INTENT
To get started, please fill out the Introduction Form. This form provides us with information about your land. You will need to provide us with an in-depth description of your property including land use, proper APNs (Accessors Parcel Number), Property Ownership documentation, KML/Z Google Earth Map file and more if required. You will also be prompted to sign a non-binding Letter of Intent to get the process started. We will review your submitted form and schedule a LIDAR property assessment for your property upon validation of your land ownership.
STEP 2
PROPERTY ASSESSMENT
PROPERTY VIABILITY ASSESSMENT, PROPERTY SURVEY & PROPERTY LAND SURVEY SUMMARY
Upon completion and acceptance of your signed Letter Of Intent, we will schedule a satellite assessment for your land. Please allow us a 30-60 day window for that assessment.
We use proprietary aerospace mapping technology through LIDAR technology and AI to survey land and identify carbon credits. This process is fully digital.
Once your property survey is completed, you will receive an email from Atmosphere Group with a summary of your land report and an Agreement from Verified Credits to be signed by you to offer your participation in the program. Once Verified Credits has received your signed Agreement, Verified Credits will countersign and will then send your full land survey report.

COMPLETE YOUR STORY
TELL US ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY AND WHAT YOU PLAN TO DO WITH THE FUNDS RECEIVED FROM YOUR CARBON CREDITS
In order to participate in the Atmosphere Voluntary Carbon Credit Program, you must tell the story behind your land and how you will use the funds taken from the sale of your carbon credits. This storyline tells the buyers of your carbon credits why they should purchase your carbon credits instead of other landowners carbon credits. Our program promotes sustainability, giving back to our communities and is not predicated on additionality. The more information and how in-depth you tell your story will increase the success of the sale of your carbon credits. We include a format to assist you in this process.
STEP 4
CARBON CREDIT AGREEMENT
CARBON CONTRACT & FULL LAND REPORT
Next, the landowner and Verified Credits mutually sign the Carbon Credit Agreement. This renewable agreement is for 1 year only agreeing to restrict the land from development and deforestation for this term because you have been paid for the carbon credits on the basis of your historical land use and carbon credits currently in place. Atmosphere and Verified Credits relies on an independent agency, the Institute for Global Education (IGE) to verify all of the information submitted by the project sponsor. IGE is a United Nations ECOSOC NGO, the highest level of UN delegate, chartered to support the sustainable development goals. This report will remain private to the Land Owners use only and you are able to use the information that it provides to your benefit. We recognize that your land plans can sometimes change. Please contact us in advance if you foresee a change in your historical use plan.

CARBON CREDIT
CARBON CREDIT CALCULATION & CARBON CREDIT CREATION
Upon receiving your signed Agreement and storyline, we will use the information from your land report to calculate the total of Carbon Credits currently available on your land. These carbon credits will then be created and bee ready for sale.

Only those projects that meet all of these requirements are minted and registered with Verified Credits, a leading carbon credit registry and exchange. The Verified Credits “green check” on your credits certificate is now available. Verified Credits also maintains all of the transaction details about the creation, subsequent transfer of ownership, and ultimate extinguishment of these credits to ensure their integrity and to prevent forgeries.
